How to prepare for your RTT® hypnosis session
-
If I don’t invite you to self-schedule through the Simply.Coach platform, you will receive a Google Meet calendar invite for your Online RTT® hypnosis session.
For a great session, please ensure you:
🔸 Will be in a quiet, private location where you will not be disturbed for 2 hours.
🔸 Will be able to sit very comfortably for 2 hours, with your neck supported if you wish.
🔸 Are using a computer that is plugged into power and has a strong internet connection.
🔸 Have appropriate headphones that are fully charged.
🔸 Set devices to "do not disturb" or airplane mode.
🔸 Can sit close enough to see the screen but far enough away so that your shoulders, head and torso are visible on camera.
🔸 Have a light on in the room, with water and tissues within reach.
🔸 Snack or eat first If the appointment spans a meal time, so you aren’t distracted by hunger.
🔸 Do not ingest any alcohol or substances before our session, other than those prescribed by a doctor.
🔸 Do not have an important meeting immediately after the appointment, as they occasionally run long and you may remain in a deeply relaxed state for a little while afterward.
🔸 Will have time and space to process and practice self-care afterward, such as resting, getting a full nights sleep, journalling, and staying well hydrated.
Sometimes when people "Let go" mentally they also experience physical symptoms such as a runny nose, needing to go to the bathroom more often immediately following, or tiredness an hour to a day following an initial burst of energy.
If you need to, please log into the Simply.Coach platform to reschedule or email Emerald.
