Hi, I’m Emerald
As someone who was horrendously shy and struggled in relationships, suffering anxiety, chronic pain, and a laundry list of other problems, I get what it is like to truly want health, love, and connection–yet feel helpless repeating the same painful patterns.
I never felt good enough. I was codependent and either overgiving or too anxious to make a move, chasing unrequited love, burning myself out, abandoning myself, and spinning in worry, obsession, or panic.
Hypnotherapy, specifically Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), changed all that for good.
And now I’m on a mission to free and empower others to grow their confidence, self-worth, inner-security, and outer communities, because I believe everyone deserves to live luscious, love-filled lives.
How did Brighter Bloom Wellness come to be?
A few years back, I had to give up tending my beloved garden due to debilitating chronic hand and arm pain, along with anxiety and depression.
Instead, I devoured recent research, desperately searching for relief.
When I learned that perfectionists and people pleasers (🙋🏻♀️ both) are more likely to suffer from anxiety, depression, insomnia, addictions, certain physical illnesses, eating disorders, relationship issues, AND chronic pain, an idea sprouted.
“I’ve struggled with ALL of these issues. What if they all had the same root cause? Could I attack the root and heal from the ground up?”
Thanks to Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy®, that’s exactly what I did!
It turns out our subconscious minds can be fertile ground for either tangles of thorns or bountiful orchards, depending on what’s planted there and how you nourish it.
But I had no idea just how powerful the change would be.
I went from panic attacks to peace, chronic pain to power, codependency to security, and from not recognizing just how much I disliked myself to feeling and acting with love for myself daily.
As I worked through triggers, I began to grow from fearful-avoidant attachment into relationship security—with the clear boundaries, confident communication, and healthy habits that allow loving, reciprocal relationships to bloom.
All grown in the fertile soil of self-worth, self-love, and self-assurance that I had never even imagined were available to me.
I experienced transformations in so many important areas of my life that I knew I had to go back to school to offer this to others!
Don’t get me wrong, I tried many different therapies before I found RTT®, and I am grateful to some truly gifted practitioners who blessed me with progress. Yet, nothing was as…well…absolutely transformational or rapid as RTT® for me. And I hear the same from my clients.
I enjoy plenty of gardening now.
But my main passion is weeding out my clients’ limiting beliefs and destructive coping mechanisms, helping them heal the parts holding them back, and intentionally planting the visions, beliefs, and habits they choose.
Because seeing the radiant joy, confidence, liberation, and empowerment my clients embody as they heal, bloom, and flourish is even more fun than playing in my garden!
I also conduct many online coaching sessions in the garden during warm weather—because why not?
EVERYBODY deserves to live lusciously. Are you ready to begin?

Thrive with me!
Trust and rapport are essential so let’s discover if we’re a great fit to work together.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®?
Developed by Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) combines techniques from NLP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, and Psychotherapy teaching clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which relies on primarily on positive reinforcement, RTT® identifies how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed. Then, using principles of neuroplasticity, practitioners can help clients create new neural pathways in the mind.
Creating new habits of thought, clients strengthen these neural pathways by listening to daily hypnosis recordings for 3 weeks after the hypnosis session. This wires in the new beliefs, feelings and behaviors they have chosen to embody.
