Many clients come to me after trying talk therapy, self-help, or traditional coaching, feeling like something deeper is still holding them back.

RTT® works by identifying and transforming the subconscious beliefs at the root of emotional pain, anxiety, insecurity and self-sabotage—so you can experience real, meaningful, lasting change.

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), pioneered by Marisa Peer® is a hybrid approach combining hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and therapeutic coaching to uncover and reprogram subconscious beliefs driving unwanted emotions or behaviors.

    Unlike talk therapy, which primarily engages the conscious mind, RTT® works directly with the subconscious through hypnosis—allowing for faster, deeper, and longer-lasting results. Many clients notice meaningful shifts after just one session.

    Hypnosis allows us to dialogue with different parts of your mind, examine scenes from your past for new insights, do profound reparative parts and inner-child work, and positive visioning or rehearsing that some call “manifesting.”

    Unlike some other techniques that address trauma with deep work, in RTT we never look at a past event without reframing and resolving it within the same session.

  • RTT® can help address a wide range of emotional and behavioral patterns, including:

  • Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness where you remain aware, in control, and in touch with your deeper mind.

    Creative people easily and frequently drift in and out of this and similar states—similar to a “flow” state, daydreaming, or becoming absorbed in a book.

    Unlike pharmaceuticals intended to suppress a symptom temporarily, hypnosis has no harsh side effects and often brings about far more meaningful change.

    RTT® simply helps you access the subconscious mind more directly, where lasting transformation can happen safely and effectively.

  • RTC® builds on the breakthroughs from RTT®, helping you integrate and embody new beliefs through goal-oriented coaching.

    Where RTT® clears emotional and subconscious blocks, coaching helps you translate insight into daily confidence, aligned action, and sustainable change.

    I offer hypnosis packages with or without weekly coaching.

    Most clients find weekly coaching offers valuable support, allowing us to process and integrate hypnosis sessions, reflect on shifts and actions to support desired changes, and use short hypnotherapy exercises to further your progress.

    However, people with existing therapists, sponsors, 12 step programs, support groups, or supportive partners and friends who can hold space for self-reflection and processing report high satisfaction with hypnosis-only packages.

  • The week before your RTT session, you’ll listen to an “Easy Self-Hypnosis” recording and have a Vision Session to clarify your goal and explore what’s been keeping you stuck.

    We set aside 2 1/2 hours for a client’s first hypnosis session to review the hypnosis preparation checklist and ensure you are comfortable and clear on what to expect.

    Then, I’ll guide you into gentle hypnosis, where you are relaxed enough that you’re focused on my voice and can remain in conversation. Together, we’ll identify and reframe the root causes beneath your issue.

    At the end of your session, you’ll receive a 20-minute personalized transformation recording to listen to daily for the next 3 weeks to grow the new neural pathways of your desired habits of thought.

    Each session is individualized, private, confidential, and designed to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

  • Many clients experience noticeable results after just one hypnosis session. The number of sessions depends on your individual goals.

    On average, I work with clients for 3 months/3 RTT sessions because many issues have layers.

    I offer packages in terms of months because pre-hypnosis exploration and visioning, then follow up appointments produce the best outcomes and most satisfied clients.

    Packages include various levels of ongoing support, integration coaching, and customized recordings to help ensure changes become lasting and natural.

  • Everyone can be guided into the relaxed, receptive state necessary to make meaningful changes—it’s simply a matter of willingness and comfort.

    You’re never “under” hypnosis in the way movies suggest. Instead, you remain aware, able to talk, and in control throughout.

    My role is to guide you into the calm focus where your subconscious mind becomes more accessible for positive change.

    I’ve worked successfully with clients who struggled to close their eyes or seek safety. We often need to address these quirks first before the intended issue, but clients report overcoming these problems can dramatically increase the quality of their lives as it is.

  • RTT® is best suited for individuals ready for active participation and open to exploring the subconscious mind in the natural state of hypnosis.

    It’s not recommended for those experiencing psychosis, epilepsy, or untreated severe mental illness.

  • Online sessions are equally effective as in-person work.

    Many clients prefer online sessions for convenience and the comfort of their own sofa, recliner or bed. All you need is a quiet, private space, a device with a camera, and a stable internet connection.

    If you don’t have a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed, I offer in-person hypnosis in Keene, NH. This is an accessible drive from Claremont, Nashua, or Peterborough, New Hampshire, Brattleboro, Vermont, or Greenfield, Massachusetts.

    Intro and follow up appointments are all conducted online via video.

  • I combine the precision of Rapid Transformational Therapy® with compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching.

    I have used RTT® overcome my own struggles with chronic pain, phobias, panic, and jealousy before deciding to go back to school and become an RTT® practitioner.

    I’m a queer Attachment Theory nerd who also used to be painfully shy. I have practiced monogamy, ENM, and polyamory while trying to find a style of relationships that worked for my (formerly) fearful-avoidant attachment style.

    And I’ve made the journey to deep security within myself and my relationships using a a series of RTT sessions I designed in collaboration with a fellow RTT practitioner. I’ve since replicated this with my own clients and other RTTPs, alike.

    My goal-oriented coaching is trauma-informed because I understand how profoundly these issues can affect your life and your ability to enjoy safe, loving relationships.

    This integrative background allows me to adapt each session to your unique personality, goals, and pace.

    Clients from the United Kingdom, where RTT® originates and is more widely-known, can easily book online sessions after business hours as I currently reside in GMT-4 and fewer Americans prefer lunchtime spots. I’ve lived in both countries and claim both as home.

  • In addition to 1:1 sessions online and at Basic Balance Acupuncture and Hannan Grimes Center in Keene, I occasionally teach workshops at The Keene Public Library and local yoga studios and community organizations.
