What do I practice?
The technique I practice, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) was developed by Marisa Peer and combines techniques from NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, and Psychotherapy, teaching clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which relies on positive reinforcement, RTT® identifies how unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed and interrupts them.
Then, using principles of neuroplasticity, practitioners can help clients create new neural pathways in the mind. These new pathways are strengthened through repeated listening to a short audio for 3 weeks—creating new habits of thought—enabling rapid and long-lasting shifts in mindset and behavior.
